EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hyenas, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.


How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at pakistanhyenas@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the product you’d like instead.

Ship the item back to us via a trusted courier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.


Important Notes

We do not offer cash refunds—exchanges or store credit only.

All exchanges depend on stock availability.

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our return conditions.
